The first step in Staging is a consultation. Master Stagers provides a two-hour verbal consultation in your home. We will review the exterior and interior of your house. Each room is individually assessed for strengths and weaknesses. You will be provided with suggestions for improvement on a room-by-room basis. These suggestions will include furniture placement, de-cluttering, wall colour assessment, accessory recommendations and much more. The cost of the consultation is $250 plus gst.

After completing the Staging Consultation, we would be pleased to provide you with a proposal for our Staging Services. Master Stagers offers a full range of Staging Services to suit every budget. We utilize as much as we can from your existing collections. We will work with the furniture and accessories that you already have or provide additional rental furniture and decorative items if needed. Each staging project is matched to you and your home’s individual needs. It can cost as little or as much as you want. Together with you and your realtor, we work as a team to market your property.

Vacant homes typically sell slower than furnished homes. Vacant houses need colour and warmth to appeal to buyers. Rooms that are not furnished appear smaller than they actually are. Buyers have difficulty seeing their possessions in a vacant room. By placing well-chosen furniture and adding warmth with the proper accessories and artwork, buyers get a feel for the scale of the room and how to place their furnishings. Master Stagers helps buyers see the potential of the space and envision themselves living in the home.
